05: Confession and Communion

In this week's episode, Father and John Ray deep dive into the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession). They talk about getting over the fear of going to Confession, even if it's been a long time. What confession does for you in helping to overcome habitual sins. They talk about the particular GRACE we receive in Confession. From there, they connected that to the importance of being in communion with our Lord in His Eucharistic presence. And how the Eucharist isn't just for you, that is for your sanctification and that of those around you. We receive Jesus, in His Eucharistic presence, so that we can be Jesus in a world that needs him.
